Valhar Solutions was not born in a boardroom. It was shaped by lived experience—by watching a mother navigate a healthcare system that treated symptoms while overlooking the person, and by years of professional work in healthcare administration that revealed how deeply health and performance are connected.

Troy Valentine, MHA, is a Healthcare Administrator and Workforce Health Strategist whose work sits at the intersection of health intelligence, workforce performance, and community well-being. Her approach is grounded in the belief that people perform better when they are supported—and that prevention, not reaction, is the foundation of sustainable health.

After years of working within traditional healthcare and wellness frameworks, Troy recognized a critical gap: organizations were spending significant resources managing the consequences of poor health rather than investing in early detection and proactive support. Communities, particularly in underserved rural areas, lacked access to the tools and information needed to understand and improve their health.
