ValHar Health Solutions is redefining rural healthcare in the Mississippi Delta. Originally conceived as a fitness and nutrition center, we have evolved into a comprehensive Rural Health & Logistics Hub. We recognize that in Greenville and the surrounding rural areas, the biggest barrier to health is not just motivation—it is access.  

Operating from our central hub at 2341 Highway 1 South and utilizing a mobile service fleet, we provide a "One-Stop" solution for health and life administration. We combined our core wellness (fitness, meal prep) with critical logistics

Our new direction closes the "access gap" by bringing services to the people. We are adding Mobile Phlebotomy, Zyto Bio-Communication Scanning, Mobile Notary, and Errand Services to our core wellness offerings. By addressing the Social Determinants of Health (transportation, logistics, stress), we make it possible for the elderly, homebound, and busy working class to maintain their well-being.
